JOB DESCRIPTION 

- Knowledge of project information. 

- Search & take care of potential customers 

– Quotation, negotiation of purchase and sale contract, payment term agreement, and transaction according to the Company's regulations. 

-Participate in all training courses organized by the company, regularly improve personal capacity through supplementing/updating real estate knowledge and skills 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

- Priority is given to candidates born in the year from 1999 to 1990 

- Confident, passionate, not afraid of challenges 

- Ability to work individually and as a team 

- Ability to conquer customers (do not know will be trained) 

- At Checknha the degree is not important, you must have the PASSION to MAKE MONEY and DARE TO RECEIVE HUGE COMMISSIONS.

- Trained in sales closing skills, customer relationship building skills, advertising skills

- Employees are supported with communication with huge MKT costs, net customer data.

- Professional and dynamic environment. Trained in Online Marketing (Google Adword, Facebook Marketing) and other customer search channels. Participate in live market research sessions.

- Salary = Fixed salary from 6 to 15 million + Allowance + Commission + Bonus.

- Commission: %/product, receive money after signing the contract

- Hot bonus: up to 10 million VND when reaching the monthly target
